Crystal Spiral - Makers of fine wands for more than 10 incarnations

 
To the consumer:

Crystal Spiral warrants all wands to be free of defects in materials and workmanship commencing upon the date of original purchase.

If the wand should become defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts free of charge. The complete wand must be delivered prepaid to Crystal Spiral. Please include complete information on the problem, date of purchase, your name, address and phone number.

The warranty does not include any wear, or damage resulting from accident or unreasonable use of the device. This warranty does not include any unauthorized repairs or damage from ritual. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights. (Other rights may vary from state to state).

All devices are certified by the Three Rivers Thaumaturgical Authority, an independent board of highly qualified practitioners.
